Worst customer service I have ever had. I stopped in on my lunch break and I found a MK coat on the clearance rack. I had to interrupt the 4 cashiers conversations so that one of would notice me and help me with a price check and ring up the rest of my items. As the "manager" seemed annoyed that I was interrupting her conversation- she took the coat and was gone for over 7 mins as I stood there at the counter. After standing there, the manager returns and says"I couldn't find it anywhere, so its not on sale." GEE THANKS. therefore I stood there and wasted my time for nothing. Besides that everything was scattered all over the store. I had to walk over items in the isle and things were literally thrown on the shelves. Nothing was staged or nicely set up. I have never been back to this location and refuse to shop at this particular store. I'll stick to the much cleaner one near...

I asked cashier 1114 to look at a different store for a size jacket, in the process of calling the stores the other Hispanic employee stopped her and told her in front of me to stop, that I had to call on my own bc they had a big line and I had to do it on my own, I asked 1114 if I needed the tag information when making the call, she said she could write down the info 4 me, and the Hispanic said ... no just say the light yellow jacket.. so I asked 1114 to write it down for me, and she did nicely and professional, I just hope the hispanic wasn't the manager bc whe was up front but never at a cashier with customers, and for her to give bad orders or bad customer service to another employee or customer. Also a couple people broke merchandise twice and no employee came to clean it, very unsafe for employees...

Love the prices of items that are offered here. Cleanliness of the store is a huge turn off though. Walking through the isles, I was disappointed (and disgusted) to see a half eaten item from the shelf sitting there as well as an opened half drank beverage. Sad to see people take advantage of places and steal. It's not uncommon to purchase something for personal use that has been opened and partially used by shoppers. I purchased an Olay facial lotion and got home to find that the box had already been opened and half of the lotion was missing from the container. I reported it to the store at the time of the discovery, but was not compensated in anyway. I will be sure to check things over more thoroughly prior to...
