I'm only rating 5 stars so people can see this! The service is horrible, I had to ask for water or napkins multiple times before I actually got them, and they acted like they hated us the entire time. Then they took my other drink away before I could finish it when they brought my water, and I then asked for a box for my food. I never got my box and when my waiter came back to the table he asked if I was done and I said "yes but I want a box" and he took my plate away. I never got my food back and when I complained they said that I had said I was done. They made me pay for the food and acted like I was just bothering them. I had over half my food left and I had to pay for my food to be taken away and thrown away or something. I've never been so pissed off and just completely dismissed by a restaurant. I've eaten here many times with lots of friends. They actually know our group and the service we received last night was still distasteful. -they acted like we were bothering them if we asked for something. We asked for more chips one time because there were a lot of us there. None of us ever even asked for a drink refill, but the servers did not offer either. -when we paid, we all walked up to the register. There were at least 3-4 servers there plus the manager inspecting the tip amount we wrote in. I disliked this the most. It's very rude in my opinion. I didn't hear one thank you the whole night. As always, they seated us immediately and our waiter was very attentive. My husband loves this place for lunch because it's quick and a good halfway point for us to meet up. However, the last 3 times I've gone I have been incredibly disappointed and left hungry. One time my burrito was just full of overly dry shredded chicken and didn't have any flavor at all. My favorite used to be the burrito Monterrey but last time the chicken was really dry again and the tortilla was hard (despite being covered in sauce). This time I got it with steak and it was cold. Like refrigerator cold. And the red & green sauces were so watered down I just had a big, cold, sour cream filled soggy mess. I'm probably not going to go back for a while.
