Sbarro Jordan Creek Town Center — Restaurant in West Des Moines

I went to get a spaghetti and meatballs. The small one. I asked for a small and the lady told the girl who was making them to make a small. She made it and gave it to me, but when I got to checkout the lady said it was a large and tried to charge me for a large. I told her I wanted a small and she goes "ok so you don't want it or what?" I said "no I want a small like I ordered." The girl who made it rolled her eyes and goes "it doesn't come in a small". I asked her why it said small spaghetti on the menu then. She threw a fit I got my food and left. Then about a week later a middle aged lady took my order, same thing. I heard her tell the girl a small. The girl went to the back, came out with noodles then grabbed a large size. I told her politely I asked for a small. She looks at the other girl and she goes "ya I told you a small". She rolled her eyes and sloppily put it together in a small dish. I checked out and I heard a timer go off. Someone asked what the extra noodles were for, she told them "supposed to be for that btch but she didn't say she wanted a small". I was so nice to her even when she made it incorrectly. I had no choice but to lodge a complaint with corporate following a very bad experience here leading to what I believe to be intentional food poisoning by the staff. The wait staff barely spoke english, made a mistake on the order and when I requested rectification kitchen staff came out to give me the stinkeye. That night I had the worst food poisoning of my life and am certain the 2 are linked. In addition the food was severely overpriced (over 35$ for 3 slices of pizza, 2 fountain drinks and 6 wings this is a food court not a sit down restaurant lets be real here) and anything but fresh. Came here with wifey to order Stromboli, & guy in front ordered bread sticks an for some odd reason the lady got mad cause I pronounced the name wrong. An she told the other girl in foreign language that we were rude. So that gave the indication to mess up our order. The guy in front got our food an we got his breadsricks. They charged us $17.94 for a Stromboli meal that only costs $12.95. Which I was confused because how 12.95 equal to 17.94! Cashier says we have 2 sides which 1 was the guys bread sticks that he never received! So Cashier acted like we was dumb because I said I never ordered bread sticks!
