Pandora — Local services in West Des Moines

I went in on Sunday 12/16/2018 to purchase a ring with my fiancé. I wasn’t in there long before I knew what I wanted. I was already a little bummed as I always purchase my Pandora from Jared’s and they are no longer carrying the line. It was busy, which I understood however when it came time for me to purchase what I wanted the lady brought me my options in the size I requested. It fit a little snug for my liking and asked if they had it in the size up. They did not so she showed me some things similar however it just wasn’t what I was wanting. I asked to see the previous size and put it on and was still on the fence about it. She said “Well it is sterling silver you can always go have it sized at the jewelry store.” I went ahead and let my fiancé buy the ring. On Monday I came to work to find out that my coworker had purchased the same ring that weekend, from the same location. They did not carry it in her size either however she was offered the option to have the correct size ordered and shipped directly to her house at no extra charge. I was pretty upset when I found this out. 1. Being I am truly in love with this ring and I am a little uncomfortable leaving it with another jewelry store to be sized, 2. Why was that even an option? Why was I not informed that I could have ordered the correct size I wanted at no extra charge? I was very put off by that and think I’ll order my jewelry straight from the website...

Came in about a year ago, about an issue with my ring tarnishing less than three months of light usage. And they said that is normal and they can’t do anything about it but my ring was over $100. I just wanted to see if if the product was defective or was there something I could do about it. Since it was my first ever purchase with pandora. And they only recommended me to spend more money with them. Which I caved in and told them okay, and they sold me a 14k beautiful ring. That has not tarnished an Almost a year later. I came into pandora my second time now just to get my first cleaning on my ring. And the last said “oh this is the 14k gold, no changing colors I see”. Which to me was a very rude and unnecessary comment. I honestly don’t think I’ll come back and shop here or clean my ring here again. I did not enjoy my first experiences at pandora after hearing all good things about their jewelry and quality. And I did not experience that with my first piece. My ring now is beautiful and does not tarnish (which I would hope after spending over $300). But the attitude and customer service was not up to par. And the selling of “quality” items that are pricey for no to be items that last a few months with light use...

I got a ring 💍 from my Bestie, & the tiny chips on the side started falling out!!! I was so upset, because it was a special gift 💝 & I lost 4 chips in a day!!! I went to the Jordan Creek Mall Pandora store & the 2 ladies that helped me were SO KIND & CONSOLING. They could tell how upset I was, & they pulled up the store receipt from the email receipt that my friend had sent me from when she purchased my ring 💍, & they got to work & got my ring replaced within an hour, with a FULL STORE. Both ladies were EXHAUSTED as they had worked the previous 2 days as well, & they had been packed!!!One of them said at one point there was a line that formed outside the store & people waited for well over an hour, while the staff in the store busted their humps to get EVERYONE WHAT THEY WANTED, & many were the guys getting jewelry for their gals👍🏼🥰✌🏼If you are one of those Lucky 🍀 Ladies who received a Pandora gift from JC Mall, know your guy cares about you & so does the staff at...
