I’d give the place 0 stars but it makes me give one. Went to order this the first time for lunch while at work… that didn’t go as planned we called it in and the woman on the phone had me repeat myself 15 times for everything that was said… we order 3 chicken Caesar wraps asked to substitute for crispy chicken and one with a size of orzo salad which the menu offers for 3.99. Mind you I repeated myself for 15 minutes just to order those 4 item that take less then 2 minutes to order. We got off the phone not feeling too good about this transaction. They then called back 5 minutes later asking about the Caesar salads we order but we ordered wraps not actual salads. We had to reiterate it was crispy chicken and not grilled in the WRAPS. So already we’re concerned with this order then they stated they didn’t charge us enough on the card we gave them the first phone call. They were also stating they were not charging enough for the orzo salad that say to add to a sandwich on the menu for 3.99. Yet they don’t seem to know what they even offer there. We decided this wasn’t going very well so we told them to cancel the order because at this point it’s been over 30 minute to place an order for lunch. Which is ridiculous especially for a phone in order. At this point we are on hold to cancel the order and instead of fixing the situation the woman on the phone just repetitively saying sorry. When it’s not fixing the situation only prolonging this! Between telling 3 different people we want to cancel the order the delivery driver showed up with the canceled order in his hand asking for money when it was already charge on the card. We told him we canceled the order and got changed on the card already he calls the store to confirm it was charged even though WE CANCELED the order and did NOT want it anymore. We check the canceled order that they insist we take and it’s made with grilled chicken even tho we asked for CRISPY 40 times. Not only did we get grilled chicken instead of crispy they also did NOT put the orzo salad in the bag. Absolute poor customer service. Imagine being unhinged and haunted by a nearly decade old curse - specific to chicken wrap sandwiches. sigh. I love google (almost as much as small family businesses) google sends over reviews of your reviews and sometimes on weekends if I have time to read them, I get to see how places are doing. I haven’t laughed out loud in like awhile…I didn’t laugh for 15 minutes or 15 times but like it was funny. It’s a blast reading peoples review histories too - tells you so much about what they must be like to be around in real life. I’m pretty sure I recognize another weird review posted from a pizza store owner that was in Fratellis the first time I was in to pick up a salad- he was harassing the owners for opening their store. It was so gross but they refused to call the cops…

Anyways, I wanted to stop in to say you guys did a fantastic job with our 10 pizza order. I know I ordered sort of last min with only 2 days notice, but between the salads, apps & pizzas everything was awesome. Thanks for giving me the midtown liquor # so I could coordinate everything between both businesses for pick up! The food is OUTSTANDING & the space is modern, clean and just so, so lovely. Of course there are logistical hiccups that come with any new enterprise - but leaving negative reviews for small, family owned businesses that literally just opened is shameful. ICK

It takes nothing to pick up the phone and voice your concerns directly to the people who are working tirelessly to ‘get it right’.

That being said - I am obsessed with their zucchini pizza & their house made desserts - I’ll probably end up trying everything…dine in and get to know this dynamic family or take out while you’re picking up some ‘party favors’ next door at Mid Town - it couldn’t be more perfect!
