Casper - Blue Back Square — Local services in West Hartford

I sent my grandparents to the Casper in Blue Back Square in West Hartford because they came to my house and slept in my guest room and in that room is a Casper bed and say that’s the most comfortable bed they ever slept on in many years so right away they wanted to get rid of there old bed and the next day they did went to West Hartford Casper because they wanted to test to get the right one and they came back with a mattress yes and they kept on talking about this guy Mike who they say was patient with them and gave them the greatest customer service which it’s was a great experience because it’s been many years they had their old mattress and Mike takes is time to explain so they would understand and they love their customer service and Mike took the time and bring the mattress to their car. Very disappointing with the Casper service-the store manager at the West Hartford Store in Connecticut today 9/16 was laughing and rude to my inquiry about my delivery order- Casper uses RXO for delivery -they send confusing text messages Re delivery and then cancelled the delivery . No way to call the driver! We waited from 10-2pm on Saturday September 9th and September 16th. Worst Casper customer service in West Hartford Connecticut and no clear message from the Corporate Office support service. I went in earlier this week to buy a new mattress and set up. I've had my mattress far too long and it was time to upgrade. I didn't realize just what an upgrade a casper mattress is. I went to other stores but nothing felt like what I needed. I went into casper and tried the snow max on anti gravity setting and I was sold. It felt like heaven for my tired joints. Shurei was awesome and walked me through the whole process with patience and kindness. Clearly she values customer service and satisfaction. Looking forward to the best...
