This Jared is the absolute worst. My fiance bought a setting and diamond from another Jared, and that Jared assured him the sizing and engraving would be free at any Jared. We went to this location, almost an hour and a half from home, to have the ring sized- weren't interested in the engraving at this time. We had an appointment for 10 AM. The woman who helped us, and I use that term LIGHTLY because she truthfully made my experience painful, although presented with the paperwork, couldn't find it the purchase in the computer. 20 mins for her to find it. 20 mins of her arguing with us (she tried telling us we had already had the ring sized before elsewhere though it was sliding off my finger and brand new) about the sizing being at no charge. She told us some stones in the band were loose and needed tightening and sold us on a service plan (I had been wearing the ring 5 days and work a desk job so not sure how so many stones got loose, but fine now I'm covered for life). Finally got it all figured out 45 minutes later. Meanwhile, during the 45 minutes we were walking around looking at wedding bands, not one person asked if we needed help thought the store was empty. We asked for a time to return because we were told it could be done same day. She asked the technicians, he said 2 hours. Fine, there's a mall across the street. Went shopping, got lunch, and then returned. We returned TWO hours later at 1 PM and they had not even STARTED to size the ring. No one apologized, no one asked again if we needed help looking at bands, though at this point I was not giving this store any money. So, they rushed through and sized it in 20 minutes, leaving a giant dent in the band. Plus, a stone has since fallen out of the setting, two months later.
We've since purchased our wedding bands elsewhere and I wrote a scathing email to Jared about this location. So I took her in to see what she likes then the next few times I came in on my own. Helen Lackey has been helping me through this whole process and has been absolutely amazing. She helped me pick out the perfect ring for my perfect girl. I had to put it on layaway so I was making payments. Last week I came in to make a 100 dollar payment Helen was taking care of me and I was telling her my story and how I really cant wait to get this paid off so I can propose to my bestfriend. The manager (Whose name I forgot which I am sorry about) but the manager came over and his exact words were "We are going to make magic happen today" and he just dug right in and I walked out of there with an email and receipt to pick up my ring on Friday. These people have gone above and beyond for me and the respect and love and care they have for their clients is indescribable. I am so excited that I am able to pick up my ring this afternoon because these people made it happen for me. I would recommend them to anyone.
