Every time I go there it seems like there are no available carts to use to shop comfortably. I went in today (April 23rd) with my energetic toddler and this is the second time I had to have her walk around with me holding my hand to shop, because two of the carts next to the door were broken or something...I couldnāt separate them! I don't think anyone could have. I looked for someone that works there to get me my size flip flops because size 7 was hung up so high I couldnāt reach to grab them and I couldnāt find anyone... so I gave up on getting flip flops and took as many things I could and headed to the cash register. At the cash register, the employee didnāt give my change back at all, and when I told her she didnāt even apologize for such a big mistake, on top of that she didn't even give me change back correctly! at that time I just wanted to leave the store right away. I have no intention of arguing with morons that work in your store. I just took whatever change she gave me, and heard her quickly ask another employee if she can go on her lunch break so to me it seemed as if she just was eager to go on her break then work and do her job right. Your employees work wardrobe showing her belly button ring behind the countertop makes me just ask what type of manager allows that? Terrible...

I came to this location in mid afternoon on 2/4/22 and brought a bunch of clothes to the changing rooms to try on. The first accessible changing stall was blocked by a full rack of clothing, so then I tried to go in a regular stall, but my walker couldnāt fit through the door with the angle of the setup. I then saw another accessible stall only a few steps away, but then I discovered that the door lock was broken. So then I had to go to the attendant (super polite and helpful, and Iām sure this setup wasnāt her decision) and ask her to move the rack of clothes blocking the first stall, and I then discovered that that stall was being used for storage! I should be able to use the accessible changing rooms without this hassle š Iāve heard of this sort of thing happening before but it was really disappointing to encounter personally. I almost died in a crash two years ago; at the very least I should be able to give a store my money without being...

I had to interrupt their deep conversation just to get their attention to get help. Also there was an extremely long line and management witnessed it while at the counter changing her password in the system. She proceeded to walk away and not assist her staff with customer service.
