Since last year or so, everytime I order through the mobile app (or in person), they tend to mess up ALL my coffee orders in one way or another. I've contacted customer service a few times to get reimbursed for their faults. A lot of the newer batistas seem to not have the proper training or are not learning the drinks menu. They lack in sandwiches and mostly offer bakery and snacks for food. This has also become problematic. I order my sandwiches without cheese, then as soon as I open the bag, they didn't follow my mobile order instructions.
I have a problem with their responses to my problems. I've gone up to even ask for the district manager, and the person who I chatted with for customer support took my number and I never heard from said manager about my experiences being bad for over 1 and a half years. It's so disappointing because I was a loyal customer before. But I feel they have changed for the worse in customer service and experience. I have to go to 1 specific store that actually gets and makes my orders correctly....
Read moreI went out of my way to visit this particular store around 7:20 PM. When I placed my order i was told there was no brewed coffee available and was not given any alternative. I brought to the attention of the person waiting on me that the store hours say you close at 8:00 PM. Her response was a rather cold one informing me that they clean up before they close. I disagreed with her response. You have an obligation to your customers by staying open and serving a full menu until a certain time and after you close is when clean up is supposed to take place. She smirked and looked away. There were other customers starting to queue up behind me and they too were left with ordering items that weren't affected by this clean up before you close nonsense. I finally got to second in line and asked the girl (KELLY) in front of me if I could order, she replied "I'll be right with you" and continued writing in a book (terrible service). After some time passing I asked again, this time she said ,oh he will take your order as soon as he's done with those people, and continued writing in her book (terrible service). I finally ordered a tea, they didn't have any up front and one of the girls went back to look for it. Again time passes I look at the back and see the girl washing a pan, so I ask did she bring you my tea, the reply was she went back to check. I told the girl, look she is washing a pan back there and Kelly is right beside her, the girl up front shouts back did you find the tea, answer: we don't have any.
