Hot Table — Restaurant in West Hartford

SO SO disgusting and unprofessional. My friend and I ordered sandwiches for pickup at 8:45 and 8:50 respectively. When we arrived the sandwiches were not ready but we were told they were being prepared so we left and came back in 10 minutes. When we came back we were told that the 8:50 order was ready and the second order was currently on the grill. We watched as team members packed up the restaurant then proceeded to make themselves personal sandwiches to go home with and then stare at us. We were then told that they were "unable" to make the 8:45 order that was supposedly "on the grill" 10 minutes ago, because they get locked out of the system after 9 and then don't know what's supposed to be on it. We get our refund for the 8:45 order and go home. Only to find out that they gave me a sandwich with meat on it. I am vegetarian and my receipt clearly says veggies (no meat). This was such an unprofessional display that I had to leave a review because I was in shock. I'll never be coming to this restaurant again and I will be going in bright and early on Monday to...

This is the Hot Table order that was delivered to my house. This wreckage is entirely due to the fact that no one bothered to knock on the door or ring the bell so that a hot food order could be taken in immediately. When I called to complain, the Hot Table manager immediately became defensive and tried to put the entire blame on Door Dash. Not once did they say, "I'm sorry that happened," or provide info about pursuing the issue with Door Dash. The extent of customer service was "don't blame us" "it wasn't in our control" and "take it up with Door Dash." I pointed out that with their name on the packaging and their reputation on the line, allowing Door Dash to make drop and run deliveries was bad policy and that they certainly must be able to specify how their food is delivered by third parties, but all I got was a regurgitation of don't blame Hot Table. Needless to say that attitude has lost them a customer!!! I leave to the rest of you to decide whether this company deserves...

Simple idea done well. First time at a Hot Table. The menu does not prepare you for how great an overstuffed panini is. I came with a friend who got the the BBQ pork and I enjoyed the Cheeseburger. The latter sandwich isn't a burger at all it's shredded beef. This sandwich is really a Philly cheese steak elevated. It has the missing vegetables in the toppings that make you feel like your you're just a little bit more balanced than just a Philly. But of course for those who are purist they do offer a Philly cheese steak.

The Panini's also come in sizes: small, medium, large, I found a medium a little bigger than what I could eat in a setting so I think the large would provide for some smaller eaters, an easy 2 meal purchase. I got a salad to go and their salads are an amazing value. Nothing to improve --not the food, nor the pleasant and efficient customer service from the staff. Since this location is at the mall my only complaint is the usual one, where are you going...
