Please do not buy from this store. Ordered furniture in July. We ordered a dining room set and a black leather secional. After a couple months we finally got the dinning room set after a little complaining. We never got our sectional from them. It's November and each week Mario gave us different stories why we didnt have it yet. First it wasn't on the truck, then it was that they have the 2 pices but not the wedge. Then it was they didnt have any of the pices. He promised it would be here each week on a certain day, and that day would come and it still wasn't here. Finally, he told us that they didn't even make that model anymore, that the company was giving him a hard time. It was only available in a differnt color. He asked us to come down and pick somthing else out which we did. He asured us it was the same size as the other one. When I got home, I did a little research only to find out that this sectional would not fit in our livingroom. We asked him for our money back. He asured us it would be in our account within 1-3 days. After 5 days, we had to call to find out what happened. Mario told us to meet him at the store Sunday and we would get it in cash. Sunday came and went and he never showed up. They tried calling him from the store, he never answered the phone. We had to trick him the next day and call him from our friends phone so he would pick up. He answered and asked us to meet him at the store in an hr. When we went down there, he asked if he coud give us half of it. Of course we said no. He then gave us our money in full right then and there. If he is the one that still owns the store, do not buy. Read moreI have been purchasing furniture from Lisy’s since they first opened,I recently moved in January so decided to go there to furnish my new place because I’ve never had problems. My bed set came fast but the other beds and stuff was taking forever. Every time I called there was always the excuse of because of COVID or they would say that she wasn’t. My son bed slacks had broken and they came to”fix” it and it snapped in which it broke a piece of the footboard. They tried to say not more than one person should be on the bed(he sleeps in the bed by himself). After taking the boards it took them 2 months. They took a vacation and all. I called numerous of times and the other Spanish lady kept saying she don’t know what’s going on or nobody would answer the phone(it’s like they look at the caller ID and don’t answer) and it’s been times that Lisy would answer the phone pretending to be one of the other girls. I finally got a chance to get up there but she had left so I was told to come the next day. I walked in because I was given an appointment, she walked passed me as if I wasn’t there then when she did acknowledge me if was like I was bothering her from doing NOTHING. I told her she shouldn’t treat customers like that because I spent wayyyy too much money in this store over the years and recently when I could have easily went somewhere else. I try to support small businesses but I will not ever purchase anything else from her. Her attitude is HORRIBLE and she acts like people are beneath her. But what she fails to realize without people coming to her establishment she won’t have a business!!!!! AND I CONTACTED BBB and they couldn’t even get in contact with her smh. Read moreI placed an order January 25th, I did not hear or got an answer from anyone at the location in 2 months. I took it upon myself to open a claim through my bank under the impression that I was being charged for items I wasn’t going to receive. When opening the claim, my bank notified the store of this action being taken against them, they decided to reach out and try to schedule a delivery that never took place once again. After a long and dreadful time of trying to get a hold of them and going back and forth they finally delivered my items incomplete. They brought everything except the mirror for my dresser which I knew for a fact i had purchased and signed for. Another 3 months went by and I reached out to the store after receiving a notice from my bank stating that the case was being closed due to the items being delivered. LIES they never brought me the mirror. I decided to go to the store about 2 weeks ago and spoke to Lisy. She stated she would speak to her delivery guys and reach out to me the following day and she never did. Now it’s 3 months later since the mirror situation so long story short I never got my entire order. They are SCAMMERS, once they get you in that door and get your money they forget about a thing called CUSTOMER SERVICE and completely disregard the fact that they have to follow up with paying customers and make sure they are being taken care of.
