I came yesterday April 29th, and decided to make an account for me. My friend has a new account as I invited him to join me. We got to the class at 9:33am and was not allowed in. That’s ok I understand people need to be on time. But then a woman walked in at 9:40am and the front for girl claimed we didn’t arrived before class started and the lady did. But the lady arrived 7 minutes after we were denied. So I went back in and asked her why. She said we are first timers and can’t be late. I told her I had an account and I’m not a first timer just my friend and we arrived before the lady and class started. She then told me no the lady was there before and she’s not a first timer. Idk what’s going on but I need my membership canceled and my $ back. I’m not doing this. She said “im sorry I didn’t know you were not a first timer.” They don’t tell u in your first day about being late. They don’t tell u there’s.a promotion for first timer. And they don’t ask anything to help...

I got invited by a friend to do a first try out. And he has an account. We both arrived at 9:33am and got denied. He tried his best saying we are both trying to become new clients and she denied our entrance claiming we were too late and new accounts can’t come in for not knowing the first steps. Mind you my friend was not new. Then we sat outside and waited for our 2 others friends that were inside waiting for us. Then a lady arrives 7 minutes later and she was able to go in. We go back and ask what the difference was. And she said the lady has An account from the past and she arrived before class started. But the lady was 7 minutes after us. And so I want to cancel my account and I don’t recommend! Not like we can’t catch up watching people or our friends could tell...
