Nate has helped me so much that I wouldn’t use anyone else. He is honest and has helped me troubleshoot over the phone multiple times when he could have easily charged me to come see what was wrong. The first time was over the winter when there was a puddle of ice forming in the back of my freezer. Since my freezer is in the garage, Nate suggested that it was getting too cold and the drain pipe was freezing, and he recommended that I allow it to defrost to see if it resolves itself, and it did!! I didn't want to pay some hack for five hours of diagnostic and repair time but I'd already lost 1400 in food so decided to call. The tech showed up and pulled the panels. Within 20 minutes he knew what the problem was and he gave me two options. I chose the less expensive one and he had the entire job done in less than an hour and a half.    Read moreNate is amazing! Had an issue with my walk in freezer at my business. Nate looked at it and let me know a part was needed to completely fix the issue, but the part was needing to be ordered and would take time to get here, but he was able to get it up and running temporarily without the part. Nate has called me back to check on the freezer to ensure its still working without the part. I noticed that it was getting a little warm, Nate came out and adjusted the freezer to get it colder. Not his fault the part is on order, but the service and care he puts into his work is amazing. Will not be using anyone...
