Yea. I think I'm done coming here anymore. Idk what happened in the past year, but the people who work here have been so incredibly rude lately. They always act put out, roll their eyes, and inconvenienced, which I could understand if I was being demanding or something, but it'll be over something so small like asking the price on an item that doesn't have a tag, or today biting my mom's head off when she was asking for some of tar blockers. A lot of this I used to chalk up to them being from another culture, like other countries handle customer service differently, and what can seem cold/indifferent isnt anything malicious, or simply maybe they were just having a bad day, but damn they really proved me wrong on that front, and act like they are doing YOU a favor by being in there store. So after spending hundreds, maybe thousands at this point in their store over the past few years as a regular, and trying to give them the benefit of the doubt multiple times, I think I'm good, especially when I can just order from online and save myself the drive and inconvenience. Personally I'd recommend anyone to just go somewhere else, there are cheaper options out there, especially on the Internet, and seeing how much they upcharge the customer, or reading other reviews make the same complaints, it personally seems like a waste of time. Every time I go it's consistent ( at least they're consistent) terrible customer service and that's putting it nicely I could be hard to please but I don't think you should be answering your phone in the middle of helping a customer and talking for 20 minutes leaving the customer staring at you twiddling their thumbs 👀wondering what the ** 🥱🤭😤😡🤯😵💫😵😴🌚🌞also it seems non of their employees know their inventory or anything about so don't ask because it seems that really is putting a burden on them to answer a question and it's usually five words that you total can get back, very rude. Walked in to the smell of day old oniony food garbage...when I was greeted I tried to start asking the guy some questions about product and he just looked at me and goes "which one do you want brother" like he was annoyed with me. I realized immediately that I wasn't going to be able to ask any more questions... I really wanted to just leave but I also really didn't want to have to go look for another shop that would be open so ended up buying something that I otherwise would not have bought if I had been able to just get a tiny bit of info about it. I got out to the car and realized I totally wasted my money on it. I hate it when people put me into that type of situation. So I just wanted to tell the owner... Don't worry good sir!
