WaterWorks Express Car Wash — Local services in West Jordan

My husband and I recently came over to grab a drink and clean our car! Thought it was a cool concept considering there are so many car washes and drink stops in Utah! They have a great deal where you can do a large tumbler with a monthly fee for unlimited drinks! And you could add on unlimited car washes and drinks for $50 monthly! The tumblr for drinks only is a different price depending on the size of the tumbler you purchase! My husband and I decided since we already do drink runs religiously and we also had a paid a membership to another car wash, that we would go here instead!! And all of the employees are so kind and helpful! They have clean rags and cleaner for your car at the vacuum stations to get your interior extra clean which other car washes charge you for! Vacuums we’re by far super powerful compared to other companies. Their drinks and treats too are super great and I drink a lot of soda so I can tell you their mixes are really good! Never flat!! 11/10! Ive gone almost everyday to fill up our tumbler! And the car washes by themselves are far better than any car wash place Ive gone to both price wise and quality wise! I typically don't leaving a bad taste for other companies, unless it really gets under my skin. I've been a loyal customer since SudsNSoda opened and this is the first time I've been super frustrated. Back in May, they had a special going for $10.00 a month for three months. I told the worker that swiped my card, to please reiterate that after three months, they will not charge my card at their regular price. He promised me that it'll end at the third month of them withdrawing $10.00 out of my account. Over the weekend, July 19th, there was a withdraw of $34.99.....THIRTY FOUR AND NINETY NINE CENTS!!!! Crazy. Their office was closed over the weekend, so I had to wait til Monday to call. I called yesterday on Monday at 8:46 a.m, I left a voicemail and their voicemail even said we can text. I texted them yesterday morning and left a voicemail, called multiple times (probably more than 40 times) and no one picked up. It is now Tuesday, July 22nd, and I've tried calling and sent another text and no response. Is it that hard to reiburse my $34.99, because I didn't give consent for you to withdraw from my account and is it so hard to return phone calls like a professional business should? Amazing wash. The drinks are good. Great amazing deal for gig drivers (owner operator, lyft, uber, rideshare, etc) especially cuz the best was has an additional 15/mo for one soda a day fron any on the menu, I spend that much in a week otherwise. SMALL BUSINESS ALERT, these are the guys you really want to support as they will be the ones to give back to the community when the community gives to them. I l happened to meet the owner today by chance as he is helping with the lines. Super nice guy bit didn't get his name. He tried to offer a free drink for bringing a friend but I turned it down as he needs the revenue and I want to support that. You wouldn't want to ask for free stuff from a friend starting their own company. Amazing vacuums. Awesome floor Matt holders that I don't see much anywhere. Fun music and even a little area outside to just park amd get drinks amd snacks. The brushes are super gentle amd very new. Compressed air has a kick without causing any damage. They have rags amd other cleaning sprays for you to use to spruce things up! Even catering and a van to go to other locations for their soda shack stuff. Awesome employees....
