First I want to say that your store manager there is very rude. Also she does not know how to call people back. I have left several messages for her and unless its to sell me something or make a payment she does not return the call, including (and especially to pick up the equipment). None of the staff have the authority to do anything but her, not even schedule a pickup or set up a new contract, so your stuck going through her if you want anything done. We were having a problem with her being very rude to us and we called another store to talk to her boss. They called her and she actually told us that she is the store manager so if we have a problem we need to deal with her, not another store.
We were going to pay off the unit under the 90 days same as cash for $611, and was told that we already had $500 something into it, making the payoff that we would pay over $1100 for the 2 ac units. We called the store and said since we paid asked about your new item replacement since we had paid on time. "Your contract is not included in that, you will have the old units that you have been having problems with". We said fine, just go ahead and run the last payment. We were then told that we had to go all the way to the store to pay it off (WHAT, WHY) I went to Home Depot and was able to purchase the same exact 2 units for about $550 brand new, not $1100 for used ones (price gouging is illegal, btw). We said we would go to the store the next day and pay it off. That night we found 2 other better units and paid $598 for them. I called the store the next day (a Saturday) and informed the worker (Jessica) that we were no longer interested in purchasing the items and wanted them picked up the following Saturday. She had to wait until Corina got back, because she did not have the authority to schedule a pickup on her own. She told me Corina would call me back within a hour. 7 (SEVEN) went by and no call back. I called the store and was told that "Corina was confused because she was told that Becky was going to purchase the units (SO WHY WOULD YOU NOT CALL BACK AND CONFIRM WHAT IS GOING ON). I was then told that once again Corina was not in and I would have to wait for her to call me back. I said that is fine, you are NO LONGER AUTHORIZED to charge my debit card, and that if the property was not returned I would initiate abandonment proceedings on the property. I magically got a call back 10 minutes later, saying that a pickup for Saturday can't be scheduled until Tuesday and that I would get a call back Tuesday (Again why, but hey its basic customer service, something thats lost on this store). Tuesday comes, no call (Not surprised at this point, its basic customer service). I called Wednesday and was told that I was scheduled from 2-4 (But no call to let me know, wow, but again basic customer service). I reconfirmed that auto bill was removed, and again informed the person I spoke with that they are not to charge my card. Saturday comes and what hits my bank, another (Now unauthorized, and a crime against me) from your company. Now auto bills show up around 5 am, this one showed up around 11 am so that tells me it was not the system doing the charge, but rather a person telling the system to do it. I called the store and was told they are doing everything they can to reverse it. Let me just say if they don't, reverse it by Monday I will do a fraud charge against it with the bank, and that requires a police report so who ever ran the card as well as the person who was told to remove it might be facing criminal charges for un authorized use of a credit card.
Finally the delivery guy shows up to remove the units. I left my little trees on the unit because I did not want to take the filter off to remove them. The delivery person could of either left them on, and disposed of them at the store, or removed them and gave them back to me. NOPE he removed the filter and them and throws them in my back yard to let my 3 dogs chew them up. HOW...
Read moreif I could put 0 stars I would, they give out minimal information on the item you're buying if you don't like and prod them for info, they always tell you the wrong amount due, twice they have told me i owe a lesser amount and then it turned out to be almost double. they are over priced, and everythinngs used they don't clean it either if people bring it back they just put it in the box. they had told us everything was in the box when we bought it we got home and it was missing 3 of the most important pieces and there were no instructions included with the box. they also made me feel stupid and unimportant when I would call in and ask questions. plus you can't freaking make payments on Sundays like really and they count it as a day if you're late like what??? EZ to say were never coning back once we pay it off. oh and our item was broken and I called in after we set it all up took forever because of said missing pieces they did bring them to us but honestly that didn't impress me, like they're just trying to cover up their own butt, but I called in and asked if we could bring it in for another one she said yes. we jist now call after making a payment and they tell us someone can come out and fix it like she couldn't have told me that the day of. one of the worst places I've gone to by far. don't ever ever...
Read moreI started a rental contract Thursday for a PC seemed to go smoothly but since day one it been restarting multiple times during boot up and then shutting down completely during either gameplay or shortly after turning it on I have troubleshooting experience from work and tried a few simple fixes I then called and said I’d like a new one and not a pre leased or one that is in actual working condition I then called because I want to enjoy the remainder of my Labor Day weekend and game while I can and I was trying to make sure if I brought it in we could swap out and said I’m packing it up and bringing it in however was told I didn’t give them time to trouble shoot?
