Consumer Centre — Local services in West Long Branch

I came to this store for an item and called before i came in. They claimed to have the item i needed. I get there and the item was out of stock.I asked the gentleman how long it had been out of stock, his reply was "it's been a while." I said thank you and left. I called in advance because i don't live close to this store. To go there and the item not be there was very frustrating. Never mind the fact that this gentleman had a dismissive attitude. The stores are nice here. Only suggestion is to either eliminate your music or change your playlist. It's ridiculously loud for no reason. Are we at a Six Flags or something? I don't like this place at all! I keep giving it chances over and over again. I think they are overpriced and they're supposed to be a sporting goods store and they hardly have a nice variety of sporting goods. Most of the time they seem to be out of stock of simple things.
