Treat your employees fairly. Best advisement for customers: Ordering your shoes in store, during pick up fit yourself there and maybe exchange them or return them at pick up location. Typically, I don't have any issues; however, I have had consistent issues with a woman that works there (Marianne). She is extremely unfriendly/borderline nasty and never provides me with the help that I need. Even one of my co-workers who visited DSW on her lunch break mentioned something about her being nasty to her when I had never even brought it up before! It's a shame because everyone else is so great. I had to make an even exchange today and after spending a somewhat lengthy time at the register with Marianne who was going to charge me an additional $50, the manager was able to help me no problem.
