The only DSW I know who don’t know what in the world they are doing. From cashiers to managers. All super rude and useless. I LOVE DSW so much, I basically purchase all of my shoes either online or at this store. Typically, I don't have any issues; however, I have had consistent issues with a woman that works there (Marianne). She is extremely unfriendly/borderline nasty and never provides me with the help that I need. Even one of my co-workers who visited DSW on her lunch break mentioned something about her being nasty to her when I had never even brought it up before! It's a shame because everyone else is so great. I had to make an even exchange today and after spending a somewhat lengthy time at the register with Marianne who was going to charge me an additional $50, the manager was able to help me no problem.
