What a wonderful store! I was preparing for a trip to a Dude Ranch in Colorado with my 10-year-old daughter, and Boot Barn made the entire experience easy and fun. We were completely outfitted with everything we needed—boots, jeans, shirts, hats, and more—and we were even able to fit it all into just carry-ons. Our salesperson (a real wrangler himself) was absolutely excellent. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but he spent over an hour making sure we both had the perfect fitting boots—and that was just the beginning. He never lost patience and made the process enjoyable for both me and my daughter. I highly recommend Boot Barn for anyone looking for authentic western wear and outstanding customer service!
