Should go out of business. Ridiculous customer service! Bought a bedroom set from them years ago. From the start, the set had damages and was falling apart. Went to the store twice at the time and nobody wanted to help me. Life happened and I didn’t go back. So I decided to walk in the other day to speak to someone about the issue. I didn’t want a return or refund I just wanted to know how to fix the problem, get some advice. I don’t come off strong to anyone, it’s not my personally so I was asking calmly and I was completely taken aback by the response and reaction I got. Manager/owner was so rude and arrogant and after all his talk he didn’t help at all. He was acting on a high horse the whole conversation and laughing at my face. Told him what was going on and he kept putting in his own opinion, firmly at that, about what’s happening and I kept explaining to him that it wasn’t it. He told me to ask my husband to fix it, and kept saying that his wife is the same way always wants everything to be perfect. Um, hello? My husband and I tried to fix many times over the years (using YouTube videos and getting advice from others that work with furniture) and and we had no luck. I just came in to get an answer as my husband is too busy to stop by....

The owner Rick is shady, look up what your buying before you do from this guy. He is selling marked up Ashley's furniture almost every item in his store is Ashley's and on average it's marked up by 110%. This man is shady he also owns the near by VERY over priced apartments. I'd rather give my hard earned money to Ashley's. Rick the owner of casa manito is a millionaire bleeding the community dry around him between the over priced furniture or over priced apartment buildings (yes more then one). On top of that he tells you if you buy it cash he won't charge you sales tax if this is true he is breaking all types of tax laws. This guy is not your friend don't believe him. His staff is wonderful great friendly people it's a shame he makes his money off of their shoulders. I'm sure he sleeps well with his millions but I'm sure his father...

Bought an amazing couch and table from this location. I cannot speak enough on how amazing the staff was, all I had to do was explain my needs and within 20 minutes I was out of there with a great table and couch. It was delivered to my apartment within the hour, and brought up and put together in my apartment for no charge. I would recommend Casa Manito to anyone looking for furniture, their pricing/quality/staff is hard to beat. I shopped at 4 other locations before purchasing here, and will no longer look anywhere else...
