I understand some restaurants make mistakes but a lady there who picks up the phone when I called various times including a supervisor chooses to have a good or negative attitude on their customers whenever they feel like it. In the past I’ve also seen an employee eat and talk in front of me over my food which is beyond disrespectful and it is something I had to call out. There’s also an occasion where I made a mistake of allowing someone to use my number to deliver food and they didn’t have the money for it which caused this restaurant to blacklist me. I’ve been ordering from here for over 12 years constantly forgiving for the various mistakes they have caused that I have written above. Wife got mofongo with garlic shrimp. The shrimp was like a soup, wheres the garlic? Barely any flavor the tostone was dry.
I got the ropa vieja, heartburn attack! Cheap tomato sauce, the yellow rice has no flavor. The yuca was atrocious, frozen yuca not fully cooked the mojo is just embarrassing , literally goya green recaito paste with lime juice YUCK! Tasted chemically.
