This place is just another Bergenline SCAMMER like furniture store. After my dad leaving a cash deposit, they promised my sisters whole bedroom furniture would arrive a week later. Even though in the past I’ve had my own horrible experience from Bergenline furniture stores, the SALES LADY NAMED WENDY gave my dad reassurance that they’re very professional and everything would arrive in a week. We come in a week later ready to pick up our furniture but they tried to make the situation better by insisting on us paying for everything that had already arrived and pay for a missing piece in TWO WEEKS when it’ll SUPPOSEDLY arrive. Which we obviously denied to because we don’t want to get RIPPED OFF and just stay without the missing piece because we know it will never come. Later then WENDY calls my dad very VULGARLY and UNPROFESSIONAL on the phone to demand us to pay for what was there already which then led to her just hanging up. THEY DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER. IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF STAY AWAY. I SUGGEST YOU GOING TO AN AMERICAN...

I found Sleep Cheap after moving to the neighborhood of West New York. I was looking for a sofa for my first apartment. I found one online in the clearance section. It was a lovely Ashely's furniture leather and suede couch. (which the quality was great) I went to the store because I was worried about the sofa fitting through the door. After showing Jason the sofa and telling him of my door measurements he asked if I got a Queen boxspring in one piece. I said I did and he assured me the couch would fit. Needless to say, I am staring at my sofa in the hallway because after about 5 minutes of trying the delivery men gave up and left it in the hallway. I paid a $65 delivery fee which I was told left the delivery men un-responsible for getting in the door. So I called back only to find I needed to pay another $150 to have the couch taken apart and reassembled in my living room. I guess Sleep Cheap doesn't care if you actually get your furniture...

Very disappointed, which I'm very sad to say. My husband and I have come here for years for all our furniture needs. Never a problem. Until today that is.

Our bed frame broke after 12 years of use. Bought from this exact location. So we got more than our money's worth. So of course my husband goes right away to sleep cheap to buy another. He brings it home, and finds that it was built wrong. One side is longer than the other, the back peace that is supposed to keep the box spring from sliding off is upside down. Husband takes it back to show them. They tell him no that it supposed to be like that. Sales associate has the nerve to tell my husband that's he know what he's doing, he's been doing this for years. Well I call bull.

Sad that something so minor like a misensembled bed frame can change the way we do business with this company. Won't be going there again. Especially not with such a rude associate...
