I have known Sammy from my quikchek for about 2 years. Unbeknownst to me he would be the one to repair my fisrt Android phone with a new battery. Since I had an internal battery, t- mobile told me to buy a new phone. I went to 3rd party repair shops on bergenline and they said the same thing. He was the only one to consider a new battery. I paid 45 and waited a day for it because he ordered the battery for me. That experience was a godsend. About a year later, I bought a new phone and had charging issues. Since my job is near bergenline and i was feeling lazy I checked some stores from 45th and up. They were craving business and tried their chargers and said it's a port issue, 40 dollars to repair. I said thstst really expensive and that might not be the issue. They said for sure it is. I'll do it for 30. I was turned off by the greed. I end up checking up 20 blocks of repair shops and felt like I should've considered Sammy's Alpha Cellular first. The discovery repair place easily said 40 dollars without considering any other issues. I then went to Sammy and he found out that dust was in the port and he cleaned it, TOTALLY FREE!! There products are really cheap. They fixed my phone and as soon as I left the store it stopped working . So they say they will give me half the money back and get a new part for the phone . The guy says 2 days for the part to come in but it took a whole week for it to come in. I patiently waited and let him fix the phone , after he fixed it , he wanted to charge me full price when he said he was going to charge me half price plus on top of that he wanted to charge 7% sales tax. Just a suggestion, do not go to this place as they are crooks. Make their tax rules and dont stand by thier product or word. There are about 50 places around the area that will treat you better and give you a fair...

I went first to cellspot to on bergenline ave to unlock my phone they said they could do it they pre charged me kept the phone for 3 days when i went to pick it up it wasnt done not only that they messed up the system on my phone went up 1 block to see if at that point its repairable and boy did i walk in to heaven they calmed me down understood what i wanted sam took my phone right away and started working on it infront of me and at last my phone is back to life alpha cellular is reliable inexpensive and most important sam and tony are kind people deffently will recomend to others and family members thank you alpha...
