El Pollo Supremo - West New York — Restaurant in West New York

My name is carlos I had a bad experience I drove from Englewood which far to get a family order. This family order comes with a whole chicken and sides that I can choose from. They made a mistake and gave me 1/2 of chicken and I found out when I got home. I called to let them know what happened, I paid $37.09 so they told me to come back after I drove an hour, so I stop by 5 days later to get the other half and I asked the cashier to give me a side order of fries on the house and the manager who’s name is Javier said no and gave me a nasty attitude and proceeded to walk away…I know we make mistakes but the manager should know how to talk his customers and find the way to make people happy to keep business…....

The cashier doesn’t say hello, she stares at you waiting for order. Then doesn’t listen while she starts talking to other people causing you to have to start talking again. God forbid you don’t speak Spanish, then they basically humiliate you at the register by asking to point and constantly ignoring what you’re saying and stop messing up your order. Then tells the line cook that the customer is rude to her. Literally said nothing at all besides my order and thank you through the bad service. She needs...

This resterant, Has really good food, but went back to El Pollo Supremo in WNY 12/29/23. Their food was still good but not for the price and quantity. I paid over $44 dollars for a family combo, but there quantity went down. Not meeting that higher price. Last year 2022 there price for that same combo was approximately $33.00 dollars The quantity didn’t change. 2021 there price was approximately $26 dollars and quality and taste was the same.
