From the moment we walked in, she was warm, bubbly, and had the most welcoming smile. She made sure to tell us all about the current deals and promotions, and despite helping multiple customers at once, she made me feel seen, heard, and valued.

Vicky managed to assist several people at the same time without missing a beat. I never felt overlooked—she kept me updated and was incredibly attentive. Most importantly, she pierced my daughter’s ears and did an outstanding job. She made both of us feel safe and comfortable throughout the process, which meant the world to me. The piercing came out perfectly, and she gave us detailed aftercare instructions to ensure everything healed well.

Vicky is a gem—genuinely kind, professional, and full of positive energy. Whoever manages or owns this store should be very proud to have her as part of their team. She truly made our visit memorable, and we’ll definitely be back...
