I called and made an appointment for a one hour massage. I got here and the sign says "appointments only - no walk-ins". I go to get my massage and before it's even halfway over, she has stopped the massage two times to go answer the phone. She had massaged me through a thick towel up until this point and had just started using oil on my skin. Then someone walked in and asked for a massage. I hear her say yes. She takes his money, leads him to a room, and then comes back to my room and tells me it will have to be just a 30 min massage today and that next time I'll get a 1 hour (I'm from out of town and leave tomorrow. ). I called and set an appointment. When I got there, I was told someone else was to be seen in my spot and I was asked to return an hour later. I was okay with that and actually set an appointment for two hours later. During my appointment, the masseuse had to stop several times to answer the phone or attend to someone who walked in. Honestly these things didn't really bother me much. After the massage I felt somewhat better, just a bit sore. I state 90 mins or 60mins and she was said, “no, too busy” after she sized me up. She said, you come back later. Gave no offer of times. It appears she was talking on the phone.
