I called and made an appointment for a one hour massage. I got here and the sign says "appointments only - no walk-ins". I go to get my massage and before it's even halfway over, she has stopped the massage two times to go answer the phone. She had massaged me through a thick towel up until this point and had just started using oil on my skin. Then someone walked in and asked for a massage. I hear her say yes. Two days later and the initial pain is still there along with the new soreness and burns from...

I state 90 mins or 60mins and she was said, “no, too busy” after she sized me up. She said, you come back later. Gave no offer of times. It appears she was talking on the phone. Then said you come back tomorrow. Perhaps they’re great at massages but the customer service before hand is...
