To begin, I've visited this store only a handful of times and only because of my route for new business prospects, that, if successful, would extend the visits to this particular store, yet of the handful of times I've visited, the manager there, a woman, that looks to be in her mid 30s, has been the absolute worst to deal with. She has denied me a drink, I've ordered for years of being a patriotizing of the establishment, continuing to waste product of the store by throwing the drink away and refusing to make it the way I've asked without upcharging me, which I know is not required, because I order the same drink every day from different starbucks locations and have never been up-charged for the drink. (I spend anywhere from five hundred to a thousand dollars on starbucks a month,) between personal and client orders. I've even ventured to ask other MANAGERS at other CORPORATE stores and they've all assured me that there should be no extra charge for the drink that I order. So, this leaves me to believe that this "manager" may be lying, stealing from customers and possibly stealing from the store. With all that being said. It's one thing to deny me the drink that I'm paying for, but her attitude is another level of disdain for ethical and professional business protocol. She needs to be retrained or given a position where she doesn't have to deal with customers. It's upsetting and a nuesance to deal with, when you have busy days and don't need the setback of inconvenience. The team member who initially assisted me was absolutely wonderful—very patient and kind as I gathered my car’s order. I truly appreciated her professionalism. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was disappointing. My pumpkin spice latte was prepared incorrectly, and my second drink was missing the cold foam I had requested. When I mentioned this, I was told the foam had been added, even though it was clearly not present. This gaslighting response left me feeling dismissed rather than supported. Additionally, I was charged for a water bottle that I never received. I did not realize this until later, as I was already uncomfortable from the interaction and focused on trying to resolve the drink issue. While I understand mistakes happen, I left the store feeling frustrated and uneasy. Yesterday, Wednesday, September 25th, I stopped in at approximately 5pm, ordered a pink drink with light ice - something I get every day at various Starbucks throughout the nation. At this place it looks nothing like the drink does elsewhere and was so bitter and acidic I had to throw it out. Barista, a thick guy was so rude telling me I didn't know what I was talking about. Really???? So awful and not my first awful experience at this location. Had a drink with a lid that didn't fit or wasn't out on properly at the drive thru and they insinuated it was my fault. What??? I'm use to the excellent service at the Jupiter Starbucks. Maybe all your employees should spend a day at that location to learn how to treat customers. ...
