The place was a bit busier then you'd think for a Wednesday night but there was enough parking and table available. Would not recommend bringing an oversized vehicle because the spaces are definitely made for compact cars and small SUVs. We were seated immediately, but told that there are no waiters. You have to order from the online QR code and the food is brought to your table. After we placed the order, about 3 minutes later, the 2 entrees and 2 sides were brought to our table (a little too quick for "fresh" meals). Everything was room temperature or cold except the center of the pulled pork on the French fries, which was burning hot.

BRISKET SANDWICH: Meat was so soft, like butter to bite into. The rest of the sandwich was good (pickles, french onions, sauce); Probably the only thing I'd recommend.

PIG BEACH BURGER (Single): Tasted closer to a Dave's Single from Wendy's then a BBQ restaurants signature burger. But the patty did melt in your mouth.

FRENCH FRIES (ADDED CHEESE & PULLED PORK): Portion size was HUGE for a side. Fries were boring and unseasoned. The cheese was just plain nacho cheese sauce. The pulled pork was smokey, seasoned, soft, tender, but a little fatty.

CORNBREAD: Buttery, pretty good, but also nothing special. Also, When I opened the little container of prepackaged butter to put on my cornbread, it was discolored, separated and chunky, which ruined my appetite.

After all that, one of the staff came over to ask about our food. I let them know the butter was separated and the food was cold. They brought me a new piece of cornbread and butter which was kind. They kept saying that I should've told them that before we ate our food so they could've made it right... But we had no waiter and no one checked on us the ENTIRE time we were eating... So who was I supposed to tell?

Overall: I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again, nor would I recommend this place, unless it's JUST...

We tried Pig Beach today for the first time. Not the best experience we've had at a restaurant. The place has a great vibe, and seems more like a sports bar than a BBQ place. There was a very large party in the back of the restaurant that was quite loud. The person working the front wanted to keep seating patrons in this area. Several of us moved due to the noise. This seemed to go unnoticed as she continued to seat people in the area who continued to move.

You order through a QR code through Toasttab. This was frustrating and the website seemed to be glitching a bit. We noticed several tables of customers around us struggling with their phones, the app, and general technology of the whole ordeal. There were plenty of workers in the restaurant, and it was baffling that no one would just take an order. After figuring it out, the drinks from the bar came quickly as did the food. The descriptions of the food did not accurately describe what you get with the order, and everything is al a carte. No one seemed available to answer questions.

We got the sampler platter, which had a nice variety for two of us. However, the food was just barely warm. Nothing had a smoked flavor to it! Not one bit. The brisket was very tender and juicy. The turkey was relatively bland, the pulled pork was juicy and flavorful, as were the ribs. The collards were outstanding, and the baked beans were not great. Our meal came out to just over $85 for the platter, three sides, and two beers. Of course, you pay through the app, which starts with a 22% tip. Not sure who the tip is going to... there were several food runners but no actual service from them. No one checked on us throughout the meal.

I'm not sure we will be back. Parking was also a challenge. It was crowded, the parking spaces seem...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pig Beach, and it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance was lively yet cozy, setting the stage for a memorable meal.

First and foremost, I must commend the outstanding service provided by Luke Wilson. Luke was not just a server; he was the epitome of professionalism and attentiveness. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he guided us through our culinary journey with grace and charm. Luke's genuine enthusiasm for his job was palpable, making our dining experience truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our meal was perfect, and for that, I am incredibly grateful.

Now, let's talk about the food. Oh, the food! Each dish was a masterpiece, showcasing the culinary expertise of the chefs at Pig Beach. From the savory appetizers to the delectable main courses, every bite was bursting with flavor. The menu offered a diverse range of options, catering to various dietary preferences, and each dish was executed flawlessly. Standout dishes included the succulent ribs, perfectly charred and dripping with tangy barbecue sauce, and the heavenly macaroni and cheese, creamy and indulgent.

The attention to detail in every aspect of the dining experience at Pig Beach is truly commendable. From the impeccable service to the mouthwatering food, this restaurant has undoubtedly earned its place as a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts. Whether you're looking for a casual meal with friends or a special occasion celebration, Pig Beach delivers an unforgettable culinary experience. And if you're lucky enough to have Luke Wilson as your server, you're in for a treat. He truly is the best...

Title: Mixed Experience at Pig beach BBQ My recent visit to [Restaurant Name] left me with mixed feelings. Here's a breakdown of my experience: **Pros:** 1. **Great Service:** I have to commend my server, Jay, for his excellent and attentive service. He truly made the dining experience enjoyable, earning a solid 5 stars. 2. **Amazing Collard Greens:** The collard greens were a highlight of the meal, bursting with flavor. However, I would have preferred more greens and less juice. 3. **Prompt Response:** When I raised concerns about the cold brisket, Jay promptly replaced it with a hot plate, for which I was grateful. **Cons:** 1. **Brisket Disappointment:** Despite coming specifically for the brisket, I was disappointed with the portion size and temperature. It seemed like they had cut one piece in half and served it on bread, leaving it cold. Although Jay replaced it promptly, it was not the experience I had hoped for. ( Just ask for Jay he is a great) 2. **Underwhelming Mac and Cheese:** The mac and cheese fell short of expectations. While I appreciated being warned about it, it still left much to be desired. 3. **Price vs. Portion:** Considering the small portion size, the $18 price tag felt excessive. I would expect a more generous serving for that price point. In conclusion, while Pig Beach BBQ Palm Beach offered friendly service and some standout dishes like the collard greens, the underwhelming brisket and mac and cheese, coupled with the high price for the portion size, left me with mixed feelings about my dining experience. I give it four stars because I'd come back if I want a light meal It was a Great experience all on all

Let me start with this, when it comes to BBQ places i am very picky and rarely go to them. But the few that i have been to and chefs i have worked with that do it have not disappointed. Pig beach is doing it right. From the looks of the place, to the open restaurant, to the amazing food is definitely worth going. The food was great. Everything was cooked perfectly, flavorful, tender, smoky and nicely done. I ordered the brisket with two sides cause if i wanna judge a bbq place, i gotta know if their brisket is worth it and it was beautifully done. Fall apart delicious piece of meat with a side of crispy hot fries, sweet and chunky beans and some amazing housemade pickle. My family had items like the smash burger 8/10 Chef Jeff brisket sando 10/10 the portion was ridiculous Fried chicken sandwich 11/10 probably one if not the best that we have eaten. The portion was huge, nice tender cripsy juicy chicken and all the toppings complemented it. They do have a bar with local beers and their selection. Their sauces are very good, i recommend the vinegar. Price range for 4 we found it pretty even $104 for four dishes, 2 extra sides, 3 beers, 1 soda so you be the judge. And it’s a quick ordering system at the counter, the servers bring you the drink and food, props to our server Christina. She was very courteous, funny and attentive not only to our table but also the ones around us. Overall its a good experience, amazing food, beautiful location. Will be back.
