Update: March 2024 I give them five stars for consistency. One of the few places in south Florida I have been able to get coffee over a decent enough period of time to warrant an excellent recommendation. The staff cares and is passionate about the coffee. The baristas actually like coffee and it’s something they care about and are interested in enough to practice the craft well. The team the owner has assembled seems to be gelling well, from my interactions with them, it’s a happier work place which means better production. This is one of those hidden gems of a shop, coffee geeks will enjoy. It’s inspiring to see a group like this. If you make it out here, I hope you have an amazing experience. I have been in hundreds of coffee shops in more than a few hundred cities. And this one has the makings of greatness in the works.

Original review-:2023 If you’re looking for a true espresso bar with passionate baristas that love coffee and coffee culture I think you will find this place highly agreeable. The espresso I enjoyed was well prepared and flavorful. It was properly displayed and the spoon and water were provided to truly allow a full tasting. If your concerned about the health of the coffee they showed me predominately washed coffees. Greatly appreciated the quality and effort by the staff. My experience of them is they are kind and passionate. If your in west palm and love coffee/espresso, check this place out. If I keep coming and they are consistent I will grant 5 stars. Hello, I found out about compostion coffee house through a friend who recommended me to come here because I was looking for coffee shops with good matcha not too long ago, I have been coming here ever since and I usually never get ice in any of my cold drinks because I am a little sensitive to the ice sometimes and the Matcha here is already cold, so I have asked for the matcha without ice many times and they fill the cup half way and cut down the portion of the drink by ALOT. They do this every single time, and I never really said anything about it but recently, one of my friends went inside with me and we asked why they do not fill the cup up to the amount it should be and how much the cup is being paid for and two of the baristas said it is because of the volume of the ice, which made no sense and they did not have a good explanation and one of them were a little rude about it. I am disappointed because I spend a lot of money here and don’t receive the portion that I pay for. I do not pay for the volume of the ice I pay for the cup size and this place charges quite a bit for a cup of matcha and I just think it is wrong that they JIB people from getting their moneys worth and portion of the drink, they need to give people what they are paying for regardless if there is ice in...
