Ive been to ten or so Wawas in my life and this is by far the least efficient operation I have seen in some years. Truth is, this a meet and greet for narcotics transactions so theres a captive market of addicts, drug dealers complemented by very little police presence. I came in to purchase 2 items that cost about eight or nine dollars and redeem a "hot or iced espresso drink" reward. So since one of the two items I was originally purchased is literally a double espresso, I order a frozen protein coffee. When i go to pay at the self service check out kiosk it says I have to see an associate so I line up after 4 people at the register. At this moment, the DEDICATED security guard asks me if im buying the $16 worth of items and I briefed him. After the 5 minutes of my life Im never getting back are finally up, I hand the "attendant" the items and she spews out something resembling English. I could make out but 20% of what rolled out of her mouth and the rest was gibberish. I deduced that my double ESPRESSO was not considered a "hot or iced espresso drink" so I chalked it up to our poor schooling system as I tend to minimize the absolute stupidity of all of this and promotly speedwalked to my car. I look at my cell phone and it says that my reward was expiring so I quickly order a whatever the F that ridiculous reward asked of me and run to the the coffee making area where there are no less than four "employees" just hanging out. This time it was I that blurted out something resembling English and they in turn mumbled back at me. I am told that I have to go to the register and I do so. I explained to the same "attendant " the before mentioned and she says leidjeoe didne dofj manager and laughs alongside the dedicated over cologned security guard who is now behind the counter next to the register. At which point I realized that I was in that bar scene in Star Wars. I went to my vehicle with my two dogs in the back seat and expeditiously wrote this in between houseless drug addicts haggling me for non existant cigarettes and clear drug dealers. If you are in Palm Beach and find yourself in the vicinity of this bar and you are not in the market for stray gun shots, terrible service and a nonstop barage of shadyness go ahead and choose another bar. REGIONAL MANAGEMENT AND PALM BEACH COUNTY SHERRIFS OFFICE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS AND JUSTIFY...

Read moreIt’s 4:55a on 1/6/24 when I walked into this Wawa. I see a man & 3 ladies laughing & joking in the food prep area. They were employees. Thought nothing of it. I went to get coffee. There is 1 jug of regular coffee & 1 of decaf, & the rest were not up. Being that the cappuccino machine has been broken for a month, I went to get some regular coffee from the 1 of 2 jugs available. To my surprise (not really) the jug was empty. I asked a guy (employee) if they have any coffee. He said, “I’m not gonna lie, we have to make it.” I said, “ok, Can someone make it?” 1 of the 4 people tucking it up in the back came up & said, “we only. have 3 people working so you’re gonna have to be patient!”. She was about the rudest, most ignorant Wawa employee I’ve encountered. That’s bad considering when I lived in PA I went to Wawa everyday. There used to be quality & consistency at Wawa. Not any longer. The employee in question is Alfreda. If you don’t want to do your job or you can’t do it, then you should leave. Wawa needs to get Quality Control of its...
