I have become a Pho snob ever since I 1st tried it over 10 years ago. I have come to enjoy a couple local places and every time a new place opens I am eager to try it out. Recently I noticed this place was about to open in an old strip mall which got a new face lift. The mall is still not in the best of places but it sure looks swell.
I always try a place a couple times before I review because I want to make sure the place is consistent 1st.
Each time I have visited the place it had a rather large number of Asians eating there. Now to me, that is a great sign. If an Italian place is packed with Italians, I want my other restaurants full of that nationality too. It can only mean one thing: Awesome Authentic Cuisine.
The place is very large and the seating is spacious so that you are not sitting on top of each other. It is very clean. They have a lot of employees at all times and the second you walk in someone is right there to serve you. They are polite and friendly.
The menu is not very large but what they do offer is very good. All the ingredients are fresh. The broth is out of this world good and very hot. They offer two sizes which is a nice surprise because I am used to just being offered one enormous bowl. The smaller bowl is gigantic and it would not be too bad if they went even smaller. The prices are average, maybe just below average.
My only minor complaint is when it is time to say goodbye, they are less eager to bring your bill. If you are in a rush, you would just need to let them know you are ready to leave.

Read moreTerrible experience. These people are greedy and don’t deserve American business. I ordered PHO with tofu, they asked me if I want fried or steamed, I asked for fried. I traveled 30 minutes to pick it up. After I got home and opened up the bag, the veggies looked dried and far from fresh and they took 1 piece of tofu and cut it up into 3 other slices, as shown in the picture. Mind you I paid for this. I called and spoke to a manager and he said they give the tofu complimentary. And did me a favor by frying it, but they asked “fried or steamed”. They did me a favor, but I paid for the favor?🥸. So they overcharged me for tofu and said there was also an extra $4 charge for large. I did not ask for large, when I told him this he said, we only carry large on takeout, then why charge me an extra $4? Does that look like a large in the pic? No it’s a medium!
These people are greedy and have no respect for patrons. The manager argues with me and said in a nasty tone “bring it back so he can refund it”. I drove 30 minutes one way, now I have to drive another hour so he can throw it away to give me a refund? That’s pure greed and no customer service skills. It’s just the matter of time that it catches up to them. God does...
Read moreWe decided to try this place because we heard it was under new ownership. Terrible Vietnamese food with the worse service ever. Our group did not enjoy our meals and it was topped off with service from a grumpier older man. Very Americanized Vietnamese food. The fish sauce was super sweet and watered down and the soup was super bland. Their Vietnamese iced coffee tasted so watered down that we didn't even take them to go with us. Left both cups on the table still full after taking a few sips and letting the people at our table try it too just to confirm that it really was watery. It was $12 for 2 cups. Also, the tables were dirty with dust on them on the underside. We will not be going back. Too many better options nearby. They also double charged me for my rice dish and when I said something to the server he said he couldn't do anything about it or the server would be mad. The guy next to the server asked what happened and the server didn't say so I didn't think anything of it. I called back and found out it was the owner. He said he would be refunding it,...
