I'm sharing a horrible situation yesterday I had a 10 am appointment. Standing outside and Tiffany shows up at 10:25 she never said goodmorning or sorry I was late. She was to do my gel pedicure and someone else did it. She also was to do my dipping powder nails and I had to wait she was working on someone else. Why not take your 10am customer first. Then when I asked her to match my nails to my toes she didn't she was complaining to the staff not to use this color she rather use another color. She waited on people at the counter and had to wait longer. When i had to pay 101.00 later they charge 5.00 extra for using the cheese grater on your feet. I stopped by last week and asked how much a gel pedicure was and dipping powder nails. She said 91.00..I got played. I also called back and complained and said I'm never coming back. Funny thing she took my phone number down and said if she's running late again she will call me. Really??? First time not a very good first impression going there. She's very rude! I won't be back trust me the least she could have done was give me a discount which by the way it says that on the website. First time customer...

I had my nails done a week ago and my nail polish started popping off and then I go back to get them replaced and get charged $10 to polish two nails, and it wasn’t even fake nails because they were my own nails, the polish came completely off the nail. And they had some kid do my nails. No prices to show cost of service , just them randomly throwing you a price. I’m absolutely not coming back, and besides all of that, these nail salons want even post their prices, WHY, so they can tell you anything, and then they expect to get a nice TIP, but this is the service you get. All of my nail polish just started coming off a few days later , I’ll never go back to that nail shop ever again, they can care less. And why do you have someone do your pedicure and then a different person do your manicure ? I guess so everybody can get a TIP, ain’t nobody stupid here. I’m very disappointed. I am new to West Palm, having a difficult time finding a “good” manicurist. Tried Lily’s, cant say I will ever return. Pedi was great. However, the mani was the quickest mani I have EVER received. Just cut nails, and put powder polish. 30 mins max. I asked whether she intends to clean around the nail (push/cut cuticles), says “no its fine”. As I am Paying, I notice the sharpness around each nail, she quickly buffs them, but was still sharp when I got home. Ok, gave her the benefit. One week later, three nails break at the corners.
