We wanted to switch from having to travel to broward for our hair stay local and scheduled 4 new appointments me and my daughters, nieces all separate times 2 of us arrive at the location 15 mins prior to the first appointments time we see that no one is in inside even though door states they open at 9:30 am we waited and then called at 10:04 the number on door and the person answers ( YO) i spoke in a professional manner i don’t get an apology for no one being there and then when i’m trying to explain to her all the services and appointments but this i could not even finish a sentence after deep conditioning it’s was all negative from there for whomever was on that phone they lost 4 new customer then have the nerve to text us they cancelled our appointment now no sweety we left buisness was unattended this what you call straight unprofessionalism don’t run a business if you don’t know……to all things happen emergencies etc that understandable but for a new comer to experience that is really bad for business not...

I went to this salon for the first time yesterday. I have been looking for a Dominican hair salon that was nearby for close to two years. Jennifer was my beautician and she did an excellent job!! She colored my hair and completed the style with the usual Dominican niche that makes them the BEST hair stylists. The salon is beautiful, named perfectly. It is quite luxurious. I am so very happy to have come across this place. Jennifer truly is amazing. She deserves 10 stars. I've always been so scared of getting my hair done professionally due to previous experiences.
