I am so happy I tried this spa, it is a hidden gem! I've been to the main nail salons around downtown WPB, and I was getting really frustrated by the results. However, this spa is absolutely amazing! Everyone that works there is SO nice! I love they offered me sparkling water - it was a nice added touch. Alex did my pedicure and it turned out so nice. The whole treatment was really pleasant and relaxing as well. Their pedicure massage chairs are super nice, and Alex is highly talented and pays attention to detail. John did my acrylic fill and reshape. I came in with a 2.5 week old full set that looked rough from from the day I got them. He shaped them correctly, smoothed them out, and fixed their super thickness that the other salon messed up. He is also extremely talented and pays attention to detail. I left there with beautiful nails - fingers and toes. I am so thrilled with how they turned out, and I paid less than I have been at my other salon. This is my second time here because my daughter got me a girt certificate for a deluxe pedi for mother's day, that was good, but then I came back because she recommended Alex and I have to say I was less than impressed. The place is beautiful and clean, relaxing, but today's service, not so much. He started at 11:06 and done by 11:23! That's ridiculous. Barely any massage which is my favorite part of the pedicure. I was disappointed. I will also let my daughter know. They are very hidden, so word of mouth is the best advertising, but I wouldn't recommend friends or coworkers if this is what they will get for the buck. Been going here since they opened and have been happy with it until today. I never make negative reviews but I was extremely annoyed with my interaction today. I will say the nail techs are very friendly. Today I asked for a deluxe pedicure and after a very short massage and scrub which felt like a normal pedicure I figured maybe she didn't hear "deluxe" at the beginning. So I was surprised when I walked up and saw $55 on the payment screen. I tried to explain that it definitely was not worth an extra $20 but paid anyways explaining that I won't be returning if I have to pay an extra $20 for nothing.
