We bought a used Toyota Highlander from this business. Be aware that when you sign off on the paperwork, that there is an added office fee tacked on which I was aware of before we bought the vehicle, but a lot of people are not aware of this. I checked out the vehicle on carcomplaints.com website to see if there were any inherent issues with this vehicle. This is a great website to use before you buy, but be thorough in your investigation as I overlooked one major item. First, let me say that I thought the people were very friendly and easy to talk to. They allowed us to test drive the vehicle without a salesperson along. They were willing to negotiate a little on the price too. When we bought the vehicle, there was only one key (chip key) and I was hoping to have two sets. After we got the vehicle home, I discovered that we did not buy the model that was advertised as we bought the base model and not the advertised SE (upgraded model) of the vehicle. I told them this and the reply was the office personnel made a mistake in entering the information. I asked them if they would be willing to pay for an extra chip key because of their mistake to make up for the fact that we bought a model that did not have all of the SE features that should have come with it. Another note here. Check out the vehicle VIN number on Vehiclehistory.com. This is a free website that you can use as long as you have the VIN. Anyway, they were not willing to pay for an extra key to make up for the fact that they sold me a lesser model. So I spent $76 dollars to buy another key. You would think that their customer service would be willing to make the key for me to make up for the difference in the vehicle models. So I would not rate their customer service very high. At least I didn't sue them for their false advertising. When I got the vehicle home, I discovered two things. First, one of the lift rods for the tailgate area broke on the first opening. I bought a new one and got that fixed myself. Remember, to check out everything when you go to buy a vehicle regardless of the dealership you choose. Secondly, I also found out that the Highlander model years between 2008 and 2013 have a defective steering rod. You can hear the knocking noise when you turn the steering wheel mostly when you go slower. I did not notice this when I did the test drive. Toyota has not issued a recall notice on this issue yet and probably won't. If I had been a little more thorough on my investigation on the carcomplaints.com website, I would have found this issue and maybe been able to negotiate on the price some more as the cost to fix this problem is about $1500 or more. Bottom line, I think this dealership is basically "okay," but not willing to go the extra mile to keep you coming back or to recommend to others, at least that was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUPDATE: car Motor seized up metal shavings in oil, silver and gold. Itās at the Tri-Cities BMW dealership. They say it needs a whole new engine $37,000 literally had issues with the car two weeks after I got it and I put in $4000 fixing it. They found the metal shavings in the oil which I believe they probably saw it when they change the oil because the Functioned on me within weeks of having it so I have no choice lawsuit
I originally gave this dealership five star reviews prematurely. Iāve owned my car now for two months and Iāve made two payments. The car broke down on me on Christmas, throwing a check engine, light and transmission malfunction and going into limp mode, on a BMW and then it did it to me again last week, I was initially told I could bring the car back and trade it for another one and I took it to two different shops to get estimates for repairs To find out that it needs $17,000 worth of work engine issues and upper transfer case. I took the car back to them and dropped it off on the trailer and left it there hoping they would take it back and give me a deal on a sound car or maybe standing by there cars and fix it, but when I got there, I got a lot of runaround didnāt seem to be very sympathetic to the issues at hand The car now two months later is a trade-in and theyāre going to put the difference on a new loan so give me $8000 for a car I spent almost $12,000 on 2 months ago. I didnāt get anywhere with them and donāt believe I will And they couldnāt even put me in another car so I had something to drive home. I had to get a ride home from the salesman will who is quit pleasant, Iām just getting jacked around really makes me sick. Yes, my only option is to complain to the Better Business Bureau, the attorney general and the DMV and try taking them to court, and maybe enough of these people having these issues with them should get together and file a class action lawsuit. Personally, Iāve never been treated like this before. This place is a complete scam. I would not buy a car from here.
Update took the car back to the lot, left it there for a week. They said they would look into it and nothing didnāt even do that, twisting words around plying games told me Iām Gonna have to take a hit on the car at the tune of about four thousand as a trade in And put it on another car, They just recycle bad cars I just took my car back home. Iāll get a lawyer with that 4k. I would not trust that place with another car all liars there. Please read all there complaints on the Better Business Bureau ( I wish I did) would have saved me alot of...

Update, wife called it talk them them. Art said he was going to look up the sale and call us back. Never did...
Also they illegally sold me a car without proper emissions components.
Be very careful and buyer beware, they talk a good game. But sell inferior vehicles and don't stand behind their word.
Purchased a car from them almost 2 months ago. By far one of the easiest car buying experiences I've had. They exceeded my expectations that night. The problems began about a week or so later. When they could not provide me (stopped responding) with information regarding the car and either its modifications or previous owner I began to do my own research. Found out the car once had nitrous (larger then what's recommended on a stock motor of its type). I began to have transmission issues, still not sure of the issue. But I have done several repairs and upgrades to try and solve the issues. Once again when I reached out to two different people to try and obtain information or how to contact previous owner for insight they failed to respond. Since I have purchased this car I have had to service transmission and rear differential fluids. Had to completely flush brake and clutch systems, replace the HVAC controller, I have found out it had a bad tie rod, has a bent wheel, all four tires are out of round, had to replace brakes and rotors all the way around (something they detailed car with embedded into friction material), rear window defroster does not work, several burns in the clear coat, had wrong spark plugs installed, traction control does not work, catalytic converters have been removed, and more. Look I understand I bought the car as is and it's 12 years old. And yes I should have looked at it more carefully (my excuse is we drove several hours to get there and was exhausted). Can I prove or am I saying they knew about some of this stuff, NO. But if they are selling vehicles like this and then ignoring the customers it's hard to say they are "Premier" I love the car, it's what I've wanted for a long time. I never once asked for money or anything of them with the exception of the previous owner (which I figured out on my own). But I would have thought they would stand behind the...
