A Bright Spot in West Richland – Lil Moon Diner Delivers!
Stepping into Lil Moon Diner felt like coming home to a classic small-town eatery, and what a wonderful experience it was! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was absolutely top-notch – genuinely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at ease. Even better, the food arrived incredibly quickly and piping hot, a testament to their efficient kitchen.
I opted for the Steak Fajita Omelet, and it was a great. The eggs were perfectly cooked – fluffy and tender, holding all the delicious fillings without being overly dense. The steak itself was savory and well-seasoned, cut into tender strips that integrated beautifully with the other components. The fajita elements – likely bell peppers and onions – were sautéed to a perfect al dente, offering a pleasant crunch and a sweet, slightly smoky counterpoint to the richness of the steak and cheese. There was a subtle warmth from spices, indicative of classic fajita seasoning, but not overwhelmingly spicy, allowing the individual flavors to shine. It was a hearty and incredibly satisfying breakfast that left me feeling perfectly fueled for the day.
Lil Moon Diner has truly captured the essence of a beloved local spot with fantastic food and even better service. We'll...
Read moreI was excited to take my boyfriend here because my first experience was exceptional, and I really wanted him to try this little gem out. Unfortunately, our experience this time wasn't quite the same. I ordered one of the eggs benedict options and fruit, which was made to my satisfaction. It had good flavor. No complaints there. My boyfriend ordered steak and eggs which he said tasted good as well. He would never complain, but he really wasnt enjoying the meal. Our service was excellent! Friendly, attentive waitress and hostess. The table needed a wipe down upon seating, the silverware was dirty and needed replacing, the mens bathroom needed refreshing (according to boyfriend), and I could have used a booster seat in the booth we sat in...they could use some reapulstry. The flys didn't help the atmosphere any either. All in all, I would be happy to come back if the place were...
Read moreIf I could give this a 0 if I would. We drove all the way out here from East Pasco because I was told this place was really good place. The atmosphere was adequate, however, the server was unattentive. She walked by a couple times, didn't ask if we wanted coffe until 5 minutes after we were seated. We order our food 20 minutes after we arrived. My boyfriends food came out first, after 20 minutes went by and my food had not arrived we decised to leave. As we were leaving the server was bringing out my plate, and then had the audacity to ask if we wanted it boxed up. As we were driving away my boyfriend called to talk to the owner Dave, he was gracious that we took time to call and apologetic that we received such poor service. He offered us a 20% discount, however, I feel that this is not enough to justify the service that we received. We will not be...
