We "Poke Burri Philadelphia" family would like to share our experience working Exotic Stone LLC. Olga, Tony and his crew are very nice and professional. We scheduled with Olga to get a quote. Tony and his crew came the next day. They did the measurement and prepare a template for our new counter top. Our project is around 55 sqft Commercial Granite Bar Top. They also brought a sample of the granite for us to see. Everything was prepared and installed really quick. We are very happy with our counter top for our restaurant. Highly recommended...

Horrible customer service. Asked about wait time. They said “two weeks is possible”. I asked for yes or no answer. They continue with “yes possible” once again I ask for yes or no. They get flustered because I want a straight answer and says “Jesus Christ” and hangs up. I’m a contractor and I’m not dealing with possibilities of time frames. Ashame because I do kitchen remodels and now they will never get my business or...

Olga and David were amazing to work with - their customer service was second to none. They even drove us around to see a variety of slab options at different warehouses when I couldn't find the perfect piece for our restaurant space!
