Our family saga starts in October, when we went in to switch from AT&T. We walked into the store knowing exactly what we wanted. One IPhone 11 and 2 iphone11 pros. We had half of our devices switched to T-Mobile when we were told that there would be a small down down payment for the pros. $300 a phone is not a small downpayment. So now it’s late half our devices are on t-mobile and half still on AT&T and there is nothing we can do. At this point I just want my phones back. We talk with customer service the next day, they give us a $25 inconvenience credit. Not real helpful since our phones are still split between 2 services with no way to correct the situation. With literally no help from t-mobile we get our iPhone 7s unlocked from AT&T and transferred to T-mobile. The store manager offered us a $100 credit due to her staff’s incompetence. Fast forward to December we never received the $100 credit and shocker their is no record that we were ever suppose to get the credit. Stay as far away from this store as you can because they are nothing but a group of liars and cheats. They do nothing that they say they will. Oh and I bought my iphone pros directly from Apple for way cheaper than what they were going to do with no down payment. Read moreCustomer for 3 years now and I highly recommend the service having no problems with signal BUT I came in this store January 2022 to help my friend activate his own wireless internet and I'm disgusted by the experience. The sales associate named Jarrd was very unprofessional by complaining and rambling about other customers to us as we activated our service. He seemed unorganized in thought to the point that it slowed the activation process having to repeat information several times. He cursed like a sailor. I recommend going to another store to get anything done. All while this was happening, other customers came in and were not helped while the other employee sat in the back. The customer service was absolutely horrifying. The sales associate had zero time for me told me there was nothing he could do and that I had to deal with it. When trying to ask him a question he shut me down and continued to be rude the entire time. After being very rudely shut down many times, I went to the T-Mobile in Morgantown and was in and out within five minutes with a new phone and absolutely incredible customer service.
