This is just one bad event I've had. Normally great store to deal with and great stock ..... I mean nothing personal to anyone that I talked to. I hope you find happiness because your miserablness is sad.
I placed an online order on Tuesday in the early morning for in store pickup of 4 items. Everything had plenty of stock accordingly to the app. 2 custom colored paints and 2 small items. I called the number they provided to ask about my order on Wednesday morning (I had to start this job Wednesday afternoon). So I get a hold of a lady at the prodesk I believe is what she said. May have been the lady I met in person who was very rude to me about me questions. Back to the phone call. I asked why my order was still just processing. The payment went thru and I needed the items. So I got the response from the lady on the phone "I can't do anything I'm not back there". Well why does the number direct my to you if you can't help me? So I figured id just show up in person. I get there and go to the pickup desk. I've dealt with them before and have had zero issues. Well I the lady I had asked about my order gave me no help and basically told me to cancel the order and wait for my money to come back onto my card if I needed the items. After I had offered to go gather my 4 items and bring them to the desk to check out. She told me I can't have my cake and eat it too. I then made the comment I don't understand why I can't do your job for you. Meaning go get my 4 items and be about my day. She told me to hold on and just walked away with the most rude Attitude. Joey came over and understood my dilemma. Told me to go get my stuff and come back. So then I head to grab my paint and the person at the paint desk had the stuff sitting there mixed since yesterday morning. Idk what the problem is with there online processing.

Read moreThis home depot is the most disorganized in check out if you have a big order or even returning products. I ordered a door that arrived at the store instead of my home. The door arrived and was sitting in the store for weeks I was never contacted to let me know my product was there. My project had been waiting and put off thinking that the door was still being shipped. It wasn’t until I called weeks later to check on my order when I was surprisingly informed that the door had been for a while. Then confused I forgot that I requested delivery when I ordered I wasted time making arrangements to pick up the door. The store is miles away from me and I would of spent more money getting there. Anyways called back and cleared with staff that the door was suppose to come to my door not theirs. After all of the confusion it has taken them over 3 weeks till today to deliver my door to me. I have been given all kinds of excuses as to their delivery person. I have talked to about 3-4 management personnel. I was guaranteed over the weekend the door would be delivered and nothing. I was guaranteed today Monday and still nothing so I call and the door is till in their building not picked up and it’s now 3:00pm. My project is scheduled for Wednesday they are now promising that they will deliver by tomorrow Tuesday. The utmost worst customer service ever and I spent a lot of money on their store and they have giving me nothing but a but a nightmare and a bad taste in my mouth. Read moreI ordered $4,000 worth of insulation and drywall I got a text saying your order is ready to be picked up I should have knew better because this is not the first time I had to deal with this they told me they couldn't find it at first and then all the sudden half of it appears other half still missing they tell me they don't know what happened I talked to three different people and got three different answers( it was still on the truck) (We've ran out )and (it was still being delivered to the store) a lady that works for Home Depot told me they must have stole it there's no way he could have marked it down without all the items being in from off the truck and she said just like with me they're giving her too many excuses that does not make any sense he said he missed counted and he supposed to be a manager for shipping and receiving their only 8 box that's not too hard to count in my opinion this is the second time first time was hardwood flooring I go to pick it up and of course they tell me it's not there I get a phone call the next morning telling me that I could come pick it up I get to the store and they tell me it was there since yesterday but the man he guess nobody felt like going to the back to check because they had it since yesterday so after about almost spending $8,000 I just get the I'm sorry speech I have a regular Home Depot cards and I have a commercial account Home Depot card about to switch over to Lowe's!!ps they did give me a hundred and eighty bucks off but that doesn't...
