Every year for the last 7 to 8 years I've used this specific store. Unfortunately in recent past experiences whether purchasing or selling electronics and such I've been met with a large amount of bull$$$$ in regards to getting my merchandise sold or bought. With the latest experience when trying to sell me and the lady's gear s2"s we were met with no greeting at the entrance of our visit and like many times before fed a line of crap. I've numerous times before had to take my business elsewhere more or less to the route 30 location to sell and purchase my merchandise. As of late yesterday evening I proceeded to be fed the excuse that I've never encountered before at which on our first visit both the lady and i were told we were not able to put our gears towards a game and controller we wanted because all returns were therefore post poned indefinitely with the excuse that the current stores Wi-Fi internet was down and because of it being down any and all devices were not being excepted for refund, return or sale to the store. Now I've never in my life and anytime before encountered such an excuse and had re entered the store a 2nd time because the slob and smelly looking manager or man that claimed to have been manager rather then do his best to supply customer service of any minimal standard decided to give an attitude and from my understanding when i called another gamestop up route 30 in Lancaster confirmed that the devices at which DO NOT need to connect to Wi-Fi were not being taken and he decided to give attitude and hostility towards myself and lady's purposed merchandise. Both watches had not been barely used, scratched or even damaged in the least and the man or "manager" had not even looked at them useing the excuse that thr stores Wi-Fi was down. We were forced to the drive out of our way to the next location and had successfully obtained what we had wanted and with no trouble as well as confirm that my or our suspicion with the excuse was in fact correct. We would like to extend a warning to the stores current owner as we are both aware we are NOT the only ones who have encountered any problems whether our most recent problem or past ones including lack of merchandise or advice and help. I went there on Sunday to buy a new ps5 and the woman convinced me to buy a certified pre-owned one. When I got it home and opened the box the back of the ps5 was warped and it was full of dust and lint build up. I went back today(monday) to return it and buy a new ps5, about 10 minute before close due to working until 630, they had a customer and multiple staff members in there but the doors were locked. A staff member came to the asking what I needed, I explained the situation and he said no we can't help you today. I asked why since they were not due to close until 7. He said they had a staffing issue...I stated that I saw a few of them and a customer and he said to go somewhere else to be helped or come back tomorrow. Again i asked why they wouldn't help fix the problem with the ps5 that they sold me and he just kept saying staffing issue. I asked will you be open until 7 he said he couldn't guarantee that they would be open til 7. Rude and incompetent staff.

She lacks people skills and is terrible with serving and interacting with their customers. I’m requesting that GameStop close this store and get it over with as it looks like it is a few days away from closing.
