Harbor Freight — Local services in West Valley City

OK, so I literally live down the street from this harbor freight I go there quite often however, the only thing that I don’t like about going, there is constantly being profiled by the employees and they start following me throughout the store. The least they can do is like be discreet about it gbecause they do such a terrible job at trying to be discreet. That is so noticeable you know what I mean And I get it you know I have tattoo sleeves. My whole neck is done. Makes me look kind of suspect you know and it’s part of the territory I guess however it just makes me feel so uncomfortable every time I’m trying to shop. I’m just trying to shop in peace and I’m literally not trying to steal anything. I have money , so I brought it up to the manager and when I told him about it, he took it like if it was just a joke like I was Trippin and the way he said it OK I’ll tell my employees to stop following you. He said it like I was a joke , and next thing you know, I’m getting done paying for my items and i walk by the short female employee that was following n she lets a laugh /smerkish kinda thing because I brought it up to the supervisor. Idk it just pissed me off that i was professional about it and they wasn’t. But at the end of the day, it is what it is there’s nothing I can do about it. I brought it up and if they don’t wanna you know do something about it. Well, life goes on. I guess I’ll just have to take my business...

Well I do need to be contacted upper management we need to have a talk about your associate Dixie. She I rude and condescending. Very unprofessional. As I am putting my things on the counter to get checked out I also informed Bart that I needed to do a return and it was under warranty. Dixie buts in and says do you have a receipt I said the lady with the pretty eyes looked it up for me . . She proceeded to start to do the exchange could not log in for a good 10 minutes. As she got more frustrated that she she could not log in her child like tantrum was in full bloom. Once she finally got in . She tells me that I can't return this item their. Because the system is not letting her . Well I asked her to call the pretty eyeed lady to the front and she snaps back at me by telling me that she is going to tell me the same thing. ... She called her she comes to the front. I tell her what's going on and she apologized I said well can you look just to check. Because she couldn't log in . And that's when she said in a loud voice. " I AM DONE" AND SAID IT 2 TIMES AND STOPPED AWAY LIKE A CHILD THROWING A TANTRUM. The maturity level in this child woman that works for you is in credible. She needs to be retrained. Or find a job that she does not have to work...

so this is how it usually goes when you go to Harbor Freight you go there to get what you need you look around for things you might need and then you walk around aimlessly. And then you go get in line there's a fella of in front of me that had to take a lasers for the Mitre type saws out of the package and test it and while he was doing that he cut his finger. So at that point I couldn't take it anymore and he went to the next cash register there behind three people. then somebody came up who didn't have their address on file so they can received the coupons in the harbor freight ads if people weren't so stupid they would just get the Harbor Freight app on their phone and use their phone to scan the coupons. Well I did make it through the line quicker than bloody finger did. And I did accomplish what I went there for plus I got some free microfiber towels. On another note I did lock my keys in my truck could not find a coat hanger to unlock my truck so I had to go back in Harbor Freight and buy some TIG welding sticks to open the door to my truck. I did also use a coupon for free magnetic Bowl to hold bolts , nut , screws , nails. And anything other small and metal that you might want...
