We called the store & they told us that our order got lost. We told them we would come pick up the food since we have already waited over two hours. We arrived to Wingstop to pick up our food & the MANAGER EDITH told us that the doordasher “STOLE” the food. after contacting the door dasher he said he never even picked up the food because the order was cancelled. Not only did we never get our order after overall 3 hours of waiting but the manager lied & told us that the DoorDasher “STOLE” the food when he never did. HORRIBLE customer service from their own manager EDITH blaming the door dasher. SHAME ON...

I had to wait for my food which is fine, BUT 1 hr later they’d till haven’t called my name for my order. I had to go up and ask them why haven’t they called my name and that’s been 1 hr that I have been waiting, they had my order in the counter and said “ I’m not sure why they didn’t call you” I check my food and I WAS MISSING STUFF AND MY FOOD WAS COLD. I probably should’ve tell them to remake it but I was just done with this place. I’m never coming back to this wing stop. DO BETTER!!!
