El Jefe Mattress and Furniture — Hotel in West Valley City

This place is a joke. My husband and I purchased a mattress and a bed and was told we could return the mattress if we didn’t like it with in 30 days. Within the same week we got the bed we went to the store and talked with a guy there and we told him we got the wrong mattress as it was way to hard and painful to sleep in and they said that will have to come back when the owner was in. The following week we went again and talked to another man there who was playing with us saying he was an employee when in fact he was the owner and he begun to laughed at us saying good luck trying to find the owner of this business, we cannot take the mattress back. This business is a fraud and unethical. We are disappointed with this business and will never recommend...

Worst experience ever i went in on May 27th and i had a bedroom set ordered the Spanish guy that helped me said i would get it in a month, a month passed by and nothing then i went in to there store and spoke with someone different and he told me it takes about a month in a half, every time i tried calling them to follow up they never answer.
