O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in West View

Every time I've gone in, I am immediately greeted with a big smile and a friendly hello and I'm asked how I can be helped. Once to get windshield wipers, the gentleman looked up what wipers would fit my car and then walked me right over to the shelf and I was hesitant to go with his suggestion because I figured he'd try to sell me the most expensive ones, but when I voiced my concerns he pointed out that the ones he was suggesting were the middle of the road in pricing and they were actually the ones I would have picked out and bought had he not been there with me. I went tonight to get a new battery and again, I was greeted and made to feel very welcome. The very friendly, kind woman behind the counter looked up the battery I needed, went over and got it and carried it back without a single complaint (those things weigh a TON!), all with a smile, went out to my car, and installed it while making friendly conversation. I'm so glad O'Reilly Auto has this location! It's definitely my new favorite auto...

I am an ASE Master certified technician. For 30 years I worked at a half dozen garages in three different counties. These gentlemen at O'Reilly's Westview store are very professional and jump to any need that you want before I even paid for my wiper blades they had them on my car already. If I lose lose my receipt and I have a part that goes bad it's either registered to the garage you had it bought from or the phone number you bought it under and whether it's 90 days or one year warranty they honor it. You can't go better than that and they have the warehouse coming two three times a day so if they don't have the part there they'll have it by the afternoon or the next morning. Those guys are good....

Granted I went in half hour before closing, but we needed a headlight and fog light. We brought the old bulbs with us and gave the year/make/model. These guys could not find the bulbs, and once they did it was 70 dollars just for the headlight bulb. So I walked over to look myself, ended up finding both bulbs (basic) for 16 dollars and 13 dollars and took them to the counter. As were ringing up the guy is still over looking at the bulbs and says "did you guys find it?" We say "yes" and with a nasty attitude says "well why wouldn't you guys say something?!? I'm over here looking for it! Jes* Chr**!" And storms into the back. Super rude ill never go back...
