Here is my experience... Ordered through doordash, received a call saying nothing on my $50 order the store canceled my order (money is still being held). I feel bad so place another order...again not in stock...spend a half hour on the phone with a very nice lady who helped me choose what added up to a $98 order. I submit and it wouldn't go through...froze my account for back to back liquor deliveries. I then try doordash...same order this time comes over an hour later than time quoted. This man (I'm thinking the owner) was the rudest most derogatory human i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with...especially as a customer. He snarled 3 times (maybe he thought i was deaf or stupid lol) that next time I need to meet him outside (I live in a 9 story building with 2 elevators and a buzzer system to enter the building and he had never buzzed my buzzer so I was surprised he was at my door. He later told me that someone else was coming in and he came in with him.). I told that was fine and I understood knowing that I would never do business with this...

I remember a time when I asked for a specific brand of Vodka. Joyal’s didn’t have it, BUT they told me where I could get it AND they got it for me! THATS the kind of knowledge and helpful service that they provided! The new owners are fine I’m sure, but they don’t have that same kind of service anymore. And yes, they kept Some of the same staff with the transfer of ownership, but they lost that informative, helpful part of the business. Yesterday I asked for a specific flavored vodka and was told “we don’t have that!” No help at all. NEVER be afraid to help your customers, even if it means sending one or two to your competitors! So I will probably bring my business back to Haxton’s Liquors In the...

There was also a feminine, tall guy who works there and he never takes his sunglasses off - even inside the building. He also smells funny, like a mix of shame, being attracted to people under the age of adult and Preparation H. The 2 scuzzy broads who are always tipsy behind the cash register always hit on you, it's very uncouth. There is also a guy with long fingernails who works there. Don't know much about him, but long fingernails are disgusting. Prices are too high and the owners aren't from Rhode Island or...
