I had issues with my computer connecting to the wifi therefore I took it to the Viroqua office to have my computer looked at. I was VERY unsatisfied with my service while they had my computer for a little over 2 weeks. They failed to return voicemails and overall were very difficult to get a hold of. They had left me a voicemail and when I returned the call shortly after to only have to leave a voicemail myself. I then received a call a few days later wondering what I would like to do with my computer which I told them in my returned voicemail to the office. When I received my computer back my keyboard was broken. I called to the office and all of the computer repair staff were gone before closing time. I was having slow, crappy internet over the weekend and Monte called me right away Monday morning to get it figured out and sent Ryan to reinstall a new router.. while Ryan was here he was very helpful connecting my devices and even “repaired” my Roku even though it wasn’t working prior to the visit, and gave me a TV remote to make sure my TV was connected.
