Used to be an ok credit union, unfortunately they have gone down hill especially in Viroqua. They have horrible debit card fees, the loan department is slow as well as the assessors they use. They are afraid of deposits especially on the mobile app. Making it useless. They have since changed the policy on earning interest so unlikely new members will benefit. Unfortunately Vernon County doesn't have many good options for financial services or banking.
