I am incredibly upset with my visit today. I am a regular customer here, I’ve never had a problem with any client or employee in the past until today. I walk in to see the bulk section. A woman with a very large notebook was writing things down and placing the jars on the floor, so I assumed she worked there and was taking inventory. I ask “excuse me, do you work here?” Since I wanted to ask a question about a product, immediately she starts yelling at me, saying “what makes you think I work here?” As if she was offended by the question, I apologized, and found someone else to help me, I go back to the bulk section to get the rest of my items and notice she’s still putting the jars everywhere has her bag in the table and was occupying the space to weigh the items. I very kindly asked her if she could just hold her bag so I could temporarily have some room to weigh my items. She then starts yelling at me AGAIN. So I leave and just go pay for my items. After I leave I walk back in for something else, and all I see is the same lady shouting about me to the owner. I go to defend myself, but the owner(or whoever that employee was I’m not sure) sides with her, and the owner asks me to stop. I followed up to lady for her to have a nice rest of her day, and I left. I’m not a confrontational person at all. This just really hurt me, and I don’t think I can...

Um After telling Kristina (SP?) my ailments she quickly was able to point me to the right supplements and salves. Totally easy going place. I’d recommend old Goat spray (it’s now called natural something something) to just about anyone. Really beats the dickens outta lidocaine. And there’s a cute goat in the window. Happy...
