Only reason why I have bought from them is because I was in a pinch. I have been renting my items for a little over a year now. I have never missed a payment. When I knew I was going to miss the payment I called them to let them know I would be in that Tuesday the 18th my rent was do on 15th to make the payment As I had just received a new card and for some reason the app wasn't working for me to update my auto pay stated they couldn't find my agreement under my email. Now with paying on auto pay for over a year you forget when they place late fees on. When I called that Saturday they should have stated please know that you will get a $5 late fees on each agreement. So instead of spending $227 it will now be $242. If I had known about the late fees yes I would have asked if I could pay over the phone and just got the convenient fee they charge. I ask when late fees are charged and he stated the night of the 16th I'm in customer service and I'll even wave a late fee here and there if they have been good tenants and paying on time all the time no questions.
