Did not even acknowledge my mom and I when we walked in. We were shopping for about twenty minutes, did not ask us if we needed assistance. My mom tried something on and they didn't even acknowledge that. Didn't say goodbye upon us leaving. We aren't locals, but the people who came in after us clearly were and got a polite and welcoming greeting and assistance while they shopped. We have family in the area and frequent downtown Westerly. We won't be back! We own a boutique in CT and this is simply not the way to treat customers! wife had a very bad time there. was told she was not dressed to come into her shop. she had on slacks and a top and nice shoes. The thing is my wife can buy this shop 10 times over with petty cash. They judge a book by its cover I guess. Was told she could not try on a dress. My wife wanted a dress for a wedding. she was told "this dress will not fit you anyway" It was my wifes size.
